1. Is our certificate valid abroad (including GCC and other countries)?

Yes. We issue certificates under NCVET / TSSC (Telecom Sector Skill Council) recognized national frameworks. Many of our graduates have secured jobs overseas, and employers in GCC countries generally accept Indian skill-based certifications.However, validation ultimately depends on the respective employer or country-specific regulations, so we recommend verifying with the concerned authority in the destination country.

2.What are the benefits of the NCVET / TSSC certification we provide?

Our certification ensures that your training meets nationally approved industry standards under the NCVET (National Council for Vocational Education & Training) and TSSC (Telecom Sector Skill Council) frameworks. This government-recognized certification enhances your professional credibility, strengthens your career profile, and improves your opportunities for employment in both domestic and international job markets.

3. Can graduates get job postings within Kerala through us?

We provide job postings across India, depending on demand and placement availability. While we try to arrange opportunities within Kerala whenever possible, most of our current vacancies and OJT placements are outside Kerala — in states such as Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra.

4. What if a student doesn’t know how to cook?

We provide free hostel accommodation (where available). In some centers, students manage meals together. We encourage students to learn basic cooking — not as a burden, but as a skill to become more independent and self-reliant for any future environment.

5. What if the student is not yet mature enough to go abroad?

We assess each student individually. If a student isn’t ready for international work, we first arrange domestic placements and guide them until they meet the eligibility and readiness criteria for overseas opportunities.

6. Can students choose their class timings?

Yes. Many branches offer flexible batch timings (morning/evening) depending on demand and availability. Students can select a suitable slot during admission with permission of Hof and Scm.

7. What happens if a student fails the QC (Quality Check) test?

If a student does not clear the QC test, we immediately arrange a re-QC session. The student can re-attend the related class or stay back for focused practice until they confidently complete and clear the specific module. Our goal is to ensure that every student masters the required skills before progressing.

8. If a problem arises after joining the job abroad, what support do we provide?

We have a dedicated placement support department that monitors all placed and OJT students. If issues arise, we liaise with employers, verify the situation, and take responsible action to resolve them promptly.

9. Is abroad placement guaranteed?

We provide 100% placement support upon successful completion of training and meeting placement criteria. However, actual placement depends on the employer’s selection and eligibility terms.

10. Are Plus Two (12th standard) failed students allowed?

Yes — students who have completed or not completed Plus Two (+2) are eligible for admission. The only condition is that the student must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.

11. Do we place students in reputed showrooms or big brands (Image, Gulf Phone, Oppo, Nokia, etc.)?

Yes. We have placement tie-ups with reputed brands and service networks. Top-performing students get priority placements in leading companies and showrooms.

12. Can a student transfer to another branch after enrollment?

No, branch transfer is not permitted after enrollment. Each admission is tied to the specific branch where academic planning, faculty allocation, seat availability, and operational arrangements are already completed.Transferring after enrollment can lead to multiple administrative and academic challenges, so we maintain a strict notransfer policy to ensure a smooth learning experience for all students.

13. Can this course open doors to MNC companies?

Yes. Students with strong practical skills, consistent performance, and good communication can qualify for technical or support roles in MNCs and reputed organizations.

14. Are there roles in manufacturing companies?

Yes. Electronics and hardware manufacturing companies regularly hire technicians, repair engineers, and quality controllers trained under our programs.

15. Will health issues arise from the work or training?

No. We follow strict safety protocols — labs are ventilated and equipped with anti-static mats, gloves, and safety gear. Students are trained to handle tools and devices safely.

16. What is the validity of the training agreement?

The agreement remains valid throughout the full training duration and the placementrelated support period, exactly as stated in your signed contract.Even after the agreement period ends, our commitment does not stop — students continue to receive lifetime guidance, support, and assistance from our team.This ensures you always have access to help, career advice, and industry updates whenever needed.

17. If a customer complains during training, will students lose money?

No. Normal training issues don’t lead to deductions. However, if a student’s negligence or rule violation causes damage, deductions may apply as per agreement clauses.

18. Does completing the course guarantee a job?

Yes — upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all training criteria, Magnus provides placement as guaranteed in the student agreement.

19. What if a student is academically weak?

Students who find certain topics difficult can re-attend classes and participate in additional practice sessions until they fully understand the lessons. Our trainers and mentors provide oneto-one support to help every learner gain confidence and complete the course successfully.

20. Is a formal degree required for a job after this course?

Not necessarily. Most technician-level roles are skill-oriented, not degree-based. Our program builds real, practical, job-ready skills that employers value most.

21. Why is our fee higher than other institutes?

Because we provide advanced infrastructure, expert trainers, updated curriculum, branded tools, guaranteed placement, and national-level certification — delivering higher value and credibility

22. What guarantee do we provide for placement?

We offer a written placement guarantee and maintain alumni tracking until successful placement within the defined support period.

23. Can you see proof of alumni placed abroad?

Yes. We have many students currently working overseas. Upon request, you may view verified testimonials or even speak directly with our alumni.

24. How is hostel accommodation managed?

Our hostels are supervised by trained wardens, who maintain in-time and out-time reports for all students. These reports are regularly forwarded to the Student Care Managers (SCMs).Parents are welcome to visit the hostel during admission, but only with prior permission from the warden or administration department, ensuring safety and discipline.

25. Is the admission fee refundable?

Our refund policy is fully transparent as mentioned in the agreement. Only the registration fee is refundable.Admission fees and class-start fees are non-refundable, even if the classes have not yet begun, because these amounts are already allocated for seat blocking, academic planning, faculty scheduling, and operational arrangements made exclusively for the student.This ensures we maintain fairness, resource planning, and high-quality service for all learners.

26. Do we help students apply for education or skill loans?

Yes. As an official TSSC training partner delivering NCVET-approved courses, our programs are eligible for Skill Loans. We provide 100% support for the loan process — including guidance, documentation, approval letters, and coordination with recognized banks. Our team assists students at every step to ensure a smooth and successful loan application experience.

27. Can Plus Two failed students apply for a loan?

It depends on the bank’s eligibility criteria. We assist with documentation, but the final decision rests with the bank.

28. Where is training conducted?

All training sessions are conducted in Magnus’s own classrooms and labs, equipped with advanced machinery and modern tools. Each center is designed to provide a fully practical, high-quality learning environment.

29. How many hours are classes each day?

We conduct classes in two shifts — morning and afternoon — allowing flexibility for students.Each shift includes 4 to 6 hours of structured theory and hands-on lab training.

30. Can the certificate be attested or apostilled for foreign use?

Yes. We assist with attestation and apostille processes as per the norms of the destination country.

31. Is this a diploma or university-recognized course?

We provide certifications under the NCVET (National Council for Vocational Education & Training) through recognized Sector Skill Councils such as TSSC (Telecom Sector Skill Council).Additionally, students receive a Central Govt.-recognized skill certificate, ensuring both government-level and institutional validation for their training.

32. Are placements done through recognized brand networks?

Yes — both national and international brands (like Oppo, Nokia, etc.) collaborate for placements through our industry network.

33. Is taking cheques as security legal?

Yes. It’s a standard legal practice in India. All cheque-related terms and conditions are clearly stated in the student agreement.

34. Do we assist with NORKA attestation for abroad jobs?

Yes. We help with NORKA documentation and attestation through our authorized coordination partners.

35. How are student expenses handled during training?

Our hostels and facilities are designed to keep personal expenses minimal. Food, utilities, and essentials are arranged affordably by students or the center.

36. What if promised services are not met?

Students may escalate issues through our grievance redressal system. Contact details of branch heads, regional management, and the legal team are shared during onboarding.

37. Can we see the agreement before joining?

Yes — the entire student agreement is shared before enrollment. We also arrange a parentstudent meeting for signing and clarifications.

38. Are leaves or home visits allowed during training?

No, leaves are not generally permitted, as regular attendance is essential for maintaining training quality and ensuring you complete all modules on time.(However, in genuine emergencies, short leave may be considered as per the guidelines mentioned in the student agreement.)

39. Are incentives provided during training or OJT?

Yes. Students may earn performance-based incentives during OJT or live project work upon achieving specific targets.

40. Does taking a loan affect the guarantor’s credit score?

Yes — the guarantor’s credit record may reflect repayment behavior. We provide loan counseling for both students and guarantors.

41. Can training be done in the student’s own district?

We understand students prefer OJT placements within their home district. However, due to limited authorized service centers and availability constraints, it is not possible to guarantee district-level placements. Instead, we ensure the best available OJT opportunities across Kerala and, when required, in nearby states such as Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, or Maharashtra—based on demand and partner availability.

42. Are students with special needs eligible?

Yes. We welcome differently-abled students and offer reasonable accommodations wherever possible.While we do not discriminate, some specialized machinery may have physical access limitations. In such cases, alternate learning or supportive measures will be arranged.

43. What if a student fails the final QC exam?

Students can re-attend the QC exam after remedial practice. They may also rejoin specific modules to strengthen weak areas. Every student receives full support until they successfully complete the course.

44. If a student takes a break after course completion, is placement still valid?

Placement support remains valid for a defined period after completion. Prolonged gaps, however, may affect eligibility as per policy.

45. For OJT outside Kerala, which states are common?

We frequently place students in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra, based on partner availability and industry demand.

46. Who monitors student safety during OJT or off-site training?

Student safety is a top priority. During OJT, each student is assigned a mentor or franchisee in charge, who monitors their welfare and workplace conditions.Our central OJT support department also tracks attendance, performance, and safety reports to ensure a secure experience.

47. Is our certificate recognized in Western or European countries?

Our certification is based on NCVET-approved frameworks through the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC). Recognition in Europe depends on the specific employer and country regulations, as each organization sets its own standard for skill-based certificates. However, we fully support students with:
